The EMC AW5000-10D is a premium, high-capacity filter regulator designed for large-scale industrial pneumatic systems. This integrated "piggyback" unit provides two essential functions in a single, rugged housing: it removes water, oil, and solid debris from the air stream while maintaining precise, stable downstream pressure.
The AW5000-10D is part of EMC’s heavy-duty series, featuring a massive 1" port size to accommodate very high flow rates without significant pressure drops. It comes standard with an integrated auto-drain system ("D" designation), which automatically purges collected moisture when the fluid reaches a certain level, ensuring maintenance-free operation and maximum protection for downstream equipment.
